The People's Family Court is a private family-mediation service, not a court of law.

Only verified, qualified, background-checked mediators appear here. Directory entries publish at go-live after credential checks and test-bank passes — no entries yet (pilot recruitment pending).

How mediators join

1. Apply with accreditation, insurance, and references.
2. Identity verification + background checks.
3. Platform training (8 modules) + 5 scenario tests (80% each).
4. Activation: directory entry, calendar, test booking, payouts.

Jurisdiction hard gate: a mediator is only ever bookable where verified as qualified.
